Requirements
As an Account Manager you will join our global team to help grow the Maverick Digital (a Media.Monks company) business by cross-selling Salesforce products to our existing customer base in the mid-market and enterprise level space.
This is a 100% remote position.
You are:
- A farmer who cultivates opportunities within existing accounts
- Familiar with Salesforce products and growing ecosystem
- A sales professional who excels at on-going relationship management
- Able to connect with both business and technical personalities
You will:
- Create demand by uncovering our customers business challenges and match them to our services
- Develop a strategic account management plan focused on customer retention and customer satisfaction
- Generate a pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper project scoping and kick-off
- Meet with customers regularly to measure account health and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide customer references
Skills and Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting sales in mid-market and enterprise companies.
- 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem strongly required.
- Consistent over-achievement of quota in the $1.5M business range.
- Strong networking and pre-existing relationships to assist with quick wins.
- Understand customer needs and competitive landscape to collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineers and Marketing to adapt strategies to reach new markets and expand existing market share.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Curious with great problem-solving skills.
- Effectively communicate ideas, concepts, use cases and strategies for both technical and non-technical people.
