Attention to detail are an absolute must!

Primary responsibilities inlcude talking to customers, recording invoice on quickbooks (if not trained, we will trained you upon your first week at half salary), inventory, talking to vendors, using instacart, emailing vendors, and general tedious office work.

You will be handling 50+ cusomtes on a daily basis. You'll need that "customer service voice". As you probably know, customer is always right, so we have to be super nice.

5 days a week. Sunday - Fridays. 10 am - 3 pm.

Must be computer efficient: meaning you should be able to navigate a Windows PC, excell, google sheets, emails and the internet with ease.

Simply answering emails, picking up phone calls, managing bakery orders, inputing orders in a invoice app, order bakery goods, filing and other standard adminstrative duties.
