Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be in charge of prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales regarding new company business. Account manager duties will include maintaining existing accounts, developing new accounts, and coordinating with the leadership team.
A successful account manager should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify strategic, new business growth opportunities
- Leverage relationships to aid in the building of referral accounts and contacts
- Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects
- Collaborate with clients to determine service requirements or solutions
- Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives
- Build relationships with clients to ensure Tribal Health and project success
- Create a pleasant experience for clients by coordinating with internal team to provide solutions
- Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings
- Monitor and manage project performance
- Oversee the development of new client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for further development

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Education and Experience:
Examples:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
