Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing schedules, execution, and communication of critical projects. The ideal candidate must be resourceful in seeking solutions, be proactive, and have the ability to handle multiple projects at one time with utmost attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Applicants should also be comfortable working with spreadsheets, audits, and other organizational software. The Account Manager's core priority is addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. This position will work cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure projects deliver on time and to customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal and external clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identify industry trends.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years account management experience
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • SAP operating system experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and professional attitude with the desire to provide an excellent customer experience

  • Experience using different account management methodologies and tools
  • Industrial product knowledge
  • Knowledge of all Company products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
