We Are Hiring:

  • Department: Dispensary of Hope
  • Schedule: 7am-4pm CST, Monday-Friday
    10% travel or less
  • Location: Remote
What You Will Do:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing dispensing site accounts in the Dispensary
of Hope’s U. S. network of safety-net clinics, hospital and community pharmacies. The role includes the work
of building long term relationships that result in brand loyalty and subsequently a high number of charitable
prescriptions filled to low income, uninsured patients, and annual subscription renewals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a professional partnership with each dispensing site to ensure a high return on investment for
    their subscription, meet their programmatic goals and receive best-in-class customer service through
    regular communication.
  • Onboard new network sites by educating them about Dispensary of Hope, training on the use of the
    online ordering system, coaching them on best practices and agreement obligations, identifying potential
    issues and proactively managing any that might occur.
  • Recruit new dispensing sites through referral generating from active dispensing and participating in sales
    led prospective site calls.
  • In conjunction with the Dispensary of Hope Marketing team, participate in the creation of educational
    and promotional materials.
  • Conduct visits with sites to build relationships, consulting on charitable medication programing and
    ensure agreement compliance.
  • Support other departments by providing data and reports about the active network of dispensing sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
