Brandboom is a leading B2B wholesale platform that uses AI to connect buyers and sellers from all over the world. Over 200,000 retail buyers around the world have used Brandboom. We operate out of a DTLA penthouse. Even though we are a small team, we constantly strive to work with the best practices and platforms at a high level. Everyone here works on delivering the best product and service while maintaining a fun work environment. We're looking for someone who expects to learn a lot and grow to have a diverse set of responsibilities.
For this role, we're looking for someone who will start as an Account Manager, but has the potential to take on more responsibility (ie running customer acquisition and customer success down the road). Your success here will depend on what kind of responsibilities you're willing to take, how well you perform them, and your dedication to the work.
We're not looking for anyone who just wants chill job and no personal growth.
What you will do:
- Focus on making our customers successful.
- Learn the ins and outs of our platform.
- Thoroughly understand the complete value proposition of our service.
- Provide support to customers daily via email, phone, and Zoom
- Give demos of our service.
- Proactively engage customers to help them adopt the service.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who can learn from their mistakes.
- Someone who can learn proactively.
- Someone who can learn and adopt technology quickly.
- Experience using help desk and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent teaching ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with working with customers over the phone or Zoom equivalent.
- Ability to multitask and get things done.
- BA or equivalent required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

We are currently working remotely. In-office work is sparse and only when absolutely required, also with no more than 1-2 people per occassion. Everything is fully sanitized.
