Overview of the Role

• The Walmart Omni Channel Manager will act as a 360 account manager for C.A. Fortune client base for Walmart and Walmart.com.
• Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%)
• Fully remote; Bentonville, AR location preferred

What You’ll do at C.A. Fortune

• Partner with internal C.A Fortune teams to develop organizational expertise for Walmart.com, including:

• • Providing insight into key metrics for performance on Walmart.com
  • Planning and execution of marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts
  • Creating operating standards of running client businesses on Walmart.com

• Act as a 360 Account Manager for C.A. Fortune client base for Walmart and Walmart.com

• • Develop and execute plans to drive ROI via performance-based and brand-building strategies
  • Represent client interests to Walmart.com
  • Analyze and report on client business results on Walmart.com initiatives.

• Share overall understanding of the inner workings of the Walmart.com platform

• • New Item Setup, Pricing, SEO, Content, and digital advertising on the platform

What You Should Bring to the Table

• Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products).
• 4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience
• Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Understanding of Retail Link, Item 360 and Walmart Connect

You Will Stand Out if You Have

• Previous Walmart (in-store or digital) experience
• Familiarity with Retail Link and Item 360
• Account management experience for brick and mortar retailer
