As a full-time Account Services rep, you are a member of our ‘A’ team; THE point of contact for a list of our clients, assisting them through the process of updating their telephone on hold advertising and marketing program.

Note: the fully customized, professionally written and voiced on hold program we provide to our many customers is the critical link between the caller and the business, making that first impression a good one, while sharing new products, services and other vital information important to each caller.

Essential Skills or minimum requirements (in addition to smiling a lot):

• Minimum of 1 year college or post high school education
• Minimum 2 years previous customer service experience. Experience with Advertising/marketing is very beneficial to this position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good use of grammar, punctuation and editing.
• Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

We are PC based and you must be Windows computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word & Outlook primarily)

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
