ARE YOU WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• You have experience in accounting and real estate bookkeeping (CPA preferred, but not required - additional compensation available the right CPA!)*

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?*

• You will work closely with company leadership and will be an integral part of our growing Accounting Department
• You will use software such as Quickbooks Online, Buildium, and Google Workspace

• You will be supported by a real estate CPA expert, another in-house accountant, and administrative staff*
• Maintain bookkeeping for a large real estate/property management organization*
• Manage a high volume of daily transactions*
• Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable entries

• Bank account reconciliations*
• Ledger overview and maintenance of all rental owners/resident statements*
• Security Deposit handling*
• Payroll processing & hour overview*
• Tax filing, disbursements, and more (as related to CRP/1099)*

• Other opportunities based on experience and ability

• Monday to Friday, generally 8am to 5pm

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rochester, MN 55901: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Accounting/Bookkeeping Education (AS, BS, additional compensation available for a licensed CPA)

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
