Description:Corrigan Krause is currently looking for a full-time Accountant for one of our clients, Warren Roofing, located in Walton Hills, OH. The Accountant will be responsible for various payroll, accounting, and administrative and communicative tasks at Warren Roofing and associated companies, Cost Enterprises, Cleveland Building Restoration, and Total Roofing.
Warren Roofing provides a competitive compensation, as well as a benefit plan including: medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k) and PTO.
Requirements:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Payroll for Warren Roofing, Cost Enterprises and Total Roofing
• Professional reimbursements, including travel, continuing education, etc.
• Job Costing and production tracking
• AR invoicing and billing
• Daily accounting needs: bank reconciliations, cash and check deposits, accounting entries, etc
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Other responsibilities as assigned

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS*

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as general accountant or similar role
• Minimum of Associates degree in Accounting or Finance, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Accounting
• Union and Prevailing Wage payroll experience including fringe benefits required
• Large company payroll experience requires (100+ employees), multiple companies preferred
• Great communication and team-oriented
• Someone who is highly motivated, willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once and able to think outside of the box
• Has the ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail oriented and organized with good understanding of financial and operational controls
