NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Accountant in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Job Summary
- GL Accounting
- Month End Close Process in conjunction with Controller/Accounting Manager
- Monthly Reconciliations
- Journal Entries
- Fixed Assets Tracking
- Assist Controller/Accounting Manager with reporting issues and IC processes
- AIA pay applications and monthly billings assistance
- Payroll department assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years' accounting or finance experience
- Bachelor's degree Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proficient computer and Excel, Word, and PPT skills
- Strong analytical, time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to share with others ideas/solutions/recommendations
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
