Senior Accountant for Multi-Family Property Management Company
Q10 Property Advisors is searching for a Senior Accountant to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department, apartment properties, property supervisors and various others various accounting-related tasks.

Q10 Property Advisors is searching for a Senior Accountant to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department, apartment properties, property supervisors and various others various accounting-related tasks.
Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer and vendor data in accordance with guidelines provided by CFO.
- Reconcile AR and AP for prepaid amounts needing to be applied to outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile all general ledgers accounts each month and advise the CFO of any discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounting records against the operating system for discrepancies.
- Review and submission of weekly cash forecast to CFO.
- Submission of weekly payment runs in the backing system for multiple subsidiaries.
- Review monthly financial reports to ownership (added).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to lenders as per loan agreements (added).
- Assist in tax filing and audit preparation with external CPAs.
- Assist in accounting takeover processes to ensure validity and accuracy of books (added.
- Foster a climate that creates and evaluates best practice processes, structures, and systems.
- Help co-workers translate new change goals into practical implementation steps.
- Other duties and reports as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience working in an accounting role is required.
- Previous experience working with intercompany transactions is required.
- Experience working within a complex corporate structure with multiple entities and shared costs are required.
- ResMan experience is a plus but not required
Office is located in North Houston
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
