Core Responsibilities:

• Involved with the monthly close process, including preparation of accounts payable accrual and other entries.
• Process vendor invoices via a 3-way match process including to verify invoices are properly approved prior to entry and payment.
• Ability to resolve accounts payable issues by training individuals on process.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses of designated accounts.
• Produce error-free weekly and monthly reports for leadership team.
• Recommend and implement work process improvements.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years in an accounting or finance role.
• Must have demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Attention to detail and analytical approach is necessary, as well as demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player approach.

Education Requirements:

• BS degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance.
