State Farm Insurance Agent now hiring an administrative assistant to assist with the acquiring of new accounts through inbound/outbound leads provided by agency and self-developed, cross selling to existing clients, along with the account management/servicing of existing and new clients for retention.

Total comp is a base w/commission (commensurate with insurance licenses and experience), Profit Sharing Retirement Plan, Paid time off-Paid holidays off, Paid training, Reimbursement of insurance class and exam fee if candidate is not insurance licensed

Requirements:

Must possess Property/ Casualty & Life & Health licenses, Positive attitude who's Coachable, Strong listening skills, Strong verbal/written communication skills, Strong Follow Up
