Your day.

As an Accounting Analyst you need to know how to:

• Develops, implements, and maintains various Excel tools to coordinate efforts between the Revenue Service Center (RSC) and Hospital Accounting staff to identify, track, and record transactions for non-patient and Pharmacy cash in Oracle Cloud.
• Support other Cash Team members in Onbase research and issue resolution.
• Functions as Business Architect in the submission of tickets related to Onbase table and logic maintenance.
• Analyzes historical and current transactions for duplicative or incorrect general ledger activity and compiling support for and preparing journal entries.
• Recommends enhancements and changes to current process to reduce errors and increase efficiency in current state manual processes.
• Performs ad hoc research requests, documentation, and journal entries as requested by Manager or Director.
• Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Healthcare and abides by service behavior standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Your experience.

• High School Diploma, required.
• Four (4) years of experience in accounting/analytics role, required. Associate's Degree may satisfy 1 year of experience; Bachelor Degree may satisfy 2 years of required. experience. Complex reconciliation experience, required.
• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, preferred.
• Six (6) years of experience in accounting/analytics role, preferred.
