Role Overview
Accounting Analyst II will be responsible for preparing financial analysis reports related to expenses, inventory, and costs of goods sold.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed account fluctuation analysis for SG&A accounts including Freight.
• Assist departments in the account reconciliation process on monthly basis.
• Support Finance Manager in preparation of the management reporting package
• Provide key operational cost and freight reporting to Management
• Identify possible opportunities for reducing the costs
• Provide Management with reports containing the factors that affect the cost or profit of goods.
• Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc

Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions

Work Schedule & Travel Requirements

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
• The position is temporarily remote due to COVID-19

Educational Requirements

• High School diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required in Finance or in any other related field is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 2-4 years of Proven experience as an analyst, cost specialist, or similar role
• Proven experience in data, operational and financial analysis
• Knowledge of accounting processes and software
• Strong analytical skills
• Great attention to detail
• Fluent in English and optional Korean competency
• Ability to work with cross-functional operations: effective team-oriented communicator, written and verbal
• Proven experience with Access, SQL queries, SAP System, and Excel.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $54,363.95 - $80,186.83 per year
