Westmoreland Community Action (WCA) is a non-profit organization that connects individuals and families to opportunities and resources to improve their quality of life and to help reduce poverty in the community.

WCA is currently seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk. This entry level position is responsible for the accounts payable system: managing electronic purchase order system, payment of the invoices, preparation of check register, payable register and supporting documentation. This position is responsible for inventory and tracking and recording of any fixed asset control activity.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or above, plus experience in general office work in the maintenance of financial records is required
• QuickBooks Accounting Software experience preferred
• Supplementary courses in bookkeeping, accounting, date entry preferred.

Accounting Clerk salary based on experience: $16.88 to $19.32
