Job Description

• Calculating transactions while also reviewing accurate financial records and files of said transactions
• High level computer literacy
• Responsible for providing amicable, courteous, personable, and professional customer service
• Answer multi-lined telephone inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and order inquiries
• Review customer accounts, reconcile account statements, perform collection calls and other accounting work using our proprietary software
• Must be able multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
