Job Requirements:

As a Data Analyst, you should have analytical aptitude and skills in statistics, mathematical and accounting operations including advanced Excel proficiency. You must be self-motivated and conscientious with a strong work ethic. It is important that you have good verbal and written communication and time management skills. You will generate various analyses based on historical and current business data. You will need to use the generated reports to further create predictive and diagnostic analyses which will be utilized to enhance the business overall performance and fleet management.

To do well in this role, you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the data analysis tools, databases, statistical and mathematical/accounting functions.

Compass Lease is a well-known national leader in the trailer leasing industry which has multiple branches that support a 5,000+ trailer portfolio.

Essential responsibilities for Compass Lease Data Analyst job include:

• Get familiarized with operational systems and their reporting features
• Build confidence in understanding the core business through available reporting tools
• Generate and manage automatic or manual reporting to build analytical database
• Analyze reporting and present predictive forecasts/analytics to business leadership
• Assist branches with any software performance, end user experience and needs
• Assist with software testing and development, as needed
• Provide as needed coverage at branch locations

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Accounting/Finance or

· Data Analyst certification or

· Data/Statistical analysis experience: 3+ years (Preferred)

Supplemental pay types:

• Annual performance bonus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
