General Description

TVG-Medulla, LLC provides support and services to two comprehensive chiropractic care companies, MyoCore Personalized Pain Care and Chiro One Wellness Centers, both industry leaders in evidence-based, patient outcomes-centered care.

The Accounting Manager is a team member responsible for a full range of accounting and acquisition functions for the company. Primary responsibility will be to maintain financial reporting systems to produce reporting to all areas.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective operation of the general ledger team on a day-to-day basis
• Provide monthly financial statements by location/department
• Assist with the acquisition integration including communicating with the sellers monthly.
• Collaborate with Human Resource to prepare payroll entries for the General Ledger and monitor Physician Compensation
• Ensure timely review of general ledger reconciliations
• Collaborate with various departments for lease accounting and/or fixed assets
• Answer financial questions by researching and interpreting data
• Review, propose, and implement process improvements within finance.
• Assist VP of Finance with new Accounting Standards or initiatives with other members of the team and/or other departments
• Ad hoc reporting as required
• Remain current on Medulla policies, procedures, and protocols

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or relevant field.
• Three or more years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA a Plus.
• Experience with Sage Intacct a Plus.
