AJG Transport is expanding our administrative team to manage the increase in freight movement. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Staying current and in real-time for all outstanding billing tenders.

Responsibilities

  • Track all billing tenders from beginning of work alottment to final payment.
  • Track down all pending receivables for AJG and its subsidiaries
  • Create and update records for billing and other administrative metrics
  • Communicate effectively with all administrators in regards to billing and fleet administration operations.
  • Make a weekly and monthly report on receivables and payments
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
  • Developing as a leader with confidence in your knowledge as you grow into the position
  • Assisting the Administrative Team in team projects
  • Assisting the Operations team with projects

Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge of OneDrive & Google Applications
  • Computer Literacy with a minimum of 50 WPM
  • Thorough understanding of invoicing procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in team effort projects where a common goal is found.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
