Accounting Support Position
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Obtaining appropriate approvals for all invoices
- Posting invoices into the accounting software
- Scanning invoices into the accounting software
- Reviewing vendor statements- investigate and resolve past due balances and discrepancies
Requirements and skills:
- Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping practices preferred
- Prior accounts payable experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
