Job description
Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking qualified applicants for this full-time position. Duties
Participates in the preparation and processing of accounts payable. Researches and verifies accounts payable related information. Coordinates with other departments and with vendors. Provides exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff by advising of activities, transactions and policies, and answering questions. Performs general accounting duties and prepares reports as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree in accounting or related field; excellent data entry skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and Word; strong attention to detail; communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Preferred Requirements
Accounts payable experience; Colleague (Ellucian) experience; Community College experience
