Job Posting Title Accounts Payable Analyst College Co-Op

Job Description Summary AAM is seeking candidates that are passionate about automotive manufacturing, excel academically, demonstrate leadership capabilities, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be enrolled as a full-time student from an accredited college or university in an undergraduate or graduate degree program. Candidates must also be able to present evidence of academic excellence.
We are currently seeking a candidate for an Accounts Payable College Co-op position at our World Headquarters location in Detroit, MI.

Job Description

Key elements of the position include:

• Data entry and timely processing of invoices into ERP system
• Research & resolve invoice/payment inquiries
• Prepare supplier reconciliations
• Supplier Database research
• Respond to miscellaneous supplier invoice and payment inquiries
• Assist with moth-end close process, as needed
• Administrative tasks as assigned
• Assists with ad hoc analysis & projects

Required Skills and Education

• Working toward a degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Available to work 30-35 hours/week
• Prefer student who graduates May 2022 or later
• Minimum 3.0 GPA Required
• Above average PC skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, Word)
