The Company

Ingles Markets began in 1963 as a single supermarket and has since grown into a regional grocery store chain with just under 200 retail locations operating in 6 southeastern states, a 1.6-million-square foot distribution center, two truck fleets, and a milk processing plant. Ingles Markets’ headquarters and distribution center are located just 15 minutes outside of Asheville, NC in the town of Black Mountain.

The Position

The Warehouse Accounts Payable Clerk will support Accounting in the Warehouse Department, focusing on managing invoices for the warehouse, paying assigned accounts, and keying weekly transfer forms. The Clerk will also assist in other tasks to ensure the overall team operates as efficiently as possible.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to effectively and efficiently work with minimal supervision, and has strong time management, organizational, and customer service skills. The candidate should also have a minimum of an High School Diploma.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
