Brand families managed include Marriott International, Inc., Hilton Worldwide, Intercontinental Hotels Group and Best Western.
We are currently seeking a Accounts Payable Coordinator who will perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Code and process invoices and check requests
- prepare and process accounts payable checks
- resolve invoice discrepancies
- vendor file maintenance
- correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- identify unrecorded use tax
- assist with year-end 1099’s
- other related clerical duties, such as filing paid invoices
Education and Experience
- knowledge of accounts payable
- knowledge of general accounting procedures
- skilled in Microsoft excel
- proficient in data entry
- 1-3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience
