Starting Pay: $25.00 hourly

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Code, scan and timely process invoices and credit card transactions
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Answer vendor inquiries
  • Generate manual checks when needed
  • Provide support for internal and external audits
  • Create purchase orders
  • Coordinate set up of new vendors with corporate office

Cash Application:

  • Ensure accurate and timely application of customer payments (EFT, wires, ACH, checks, credit cards)
  • Monitor & obtain remittances that are mailed or obtained through customer web portals
  • Timely processing of customer discounts
  • Process customer credit card payments

General:

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes
  • Provide support for internal business partners
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Associates Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 – 3 years related experience desired
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Service Titan and Intacct preferred not required
  • Attention to detail and follow through critical
  • Works well in a collaborative/teamwork environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated, independent learner, curious, strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and consistency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
