B&B Appliance, Inc. is looking for a talented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex clerical, administrative, or customer support issues under minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
• Full cycle accounts payable (POs, packing slips, posting invoices, processing payments)
• Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
• Work closely with managers to assure accurate G/L coding
• Assist with processing semi-monthly payroll
• Monthly bank account reconciliations
• Tax Prep: Process timely 1099s, prepare financial reports

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative/accounting experience
• Highly-analytical and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
• Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
• Excellent time management, organization, and communications skills: oral, written and telephone
• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
