California Bioenergy LLC (CalBio) is one of the country’s leading developers of dairy digester projects. These projects generate renewable natural gas and electricity, used as vehicle fuel to power trucks, buses and cars. Founded in 2006, CalBio works closely with local dairy farmers to develop projects that reduce greenhouse gases (GHGs), protect local air and water quality, create local jobs, and provide a new revenue stream along with other meaningful benefits to the dairy. In partnership with its affiliates, Midwest Bioenergy, Northwest Bioenergy, and Southwest Bioenergy, the company is undertaking the development, construction, ownership, and operation of dozens of dairy digester projects across the country.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE POSITION AVAILABLE
CalBio is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Dallas, TX
The Accounts Payable position would support the accounting department with day-to-day accounting duties. The primary work focus will be on accounts payable. In addition will help with grants, filing, and processing mail.
Qualifications:

• At a minimum, an Associate degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or similar field. Bachelor’s preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience can be substituted.
• 3-5 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience
• Knowledge of Sage Intact and handling of multiple companies
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
• Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
• Ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
