Position Overview
The responsibility of the LLC Accounts Payable Specialist is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices for Dutch Bros, LLC.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Ensure all bills are paid on time and accurately for Dutch Bros, LLC:
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; record entries
  • Schedule, prepare, and print checks for DB LLC
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed
  • Pay employees by receiving and verifying expense reports; prepare checks
Timely and accurately follow up and reconcile any vendor discrepancies:
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
  • Resolve purchase orders, contracts, invoices, or payment discrepancies and documentation
  • Ensure credit is received for outstanding vendor credit balances
Ensure monthly-close deadlines are met, and maintain accounting ledgers:
  • Ensure the completion of monthly tasks prior to the accounts payable lock deadline
  • Be a willing contributor; step in and help your team as time and workload demand. This may include occasional overtime
  • Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Job Qualifications
  • 1 year of payroll/HR/admin experience required
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
  • BA or Associates degree in Accounting, or 2-3 years hands-on accounting experience a plus
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Some experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of logical statements and advanced mathematical calculations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be experienced in Excel

Physical Requirements
  • Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in a climate-controlled office environment

  • Hearing must be good, or corrected to normal, to have the ability to understand information to perform job duties
  • Ability to read and write in English in order to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessary
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
*This position is located in Southern Oregon and is not eligible for remote work*
Compensation:
$20.74 - $24.04
