We provide legal services to large domestic and foreign corporations and to a wide range of mid-sized and start-up organizations. Our technical, business and legal experience allow us to assist our clients in obtaining protection for their intellectual property in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
We are currently looking for:
Great client relationships don’t just appear. Our teams make them happen. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist, with 3+ years of experience. Full or part-time positions available.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with an exceptional eye for detail. Enjoys working independently, has advanced excel knowledge, and strong logic, and enjoy researching/resolving inquiries from clients.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant accounts payable experience, preferably in an intellectual property law firm or professional services environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Knowledge of PerfectLaw is beneficial but not required
- Electronic billing experience is a plus
- Credit card reconciliation experience
- Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED certificate. A college degree is a plus.
