Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Accounting knowledge required
• 3 to 5 years experience in payables
• Reconcile and post daily deposits for Sales, Service and Parts
• Reconcile invoices with vendor statements for 13 stores
• Ensure timely payments to vendors
• Assist in posting sublets
• Proficient on CDK Software and Excel is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever growing environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Answer phone calls professionally and politely
• Return voice and/or email messages promptly
• Other duties as assigned and requested by management

Pay will commensurate with experience
