Responsibilities:

Experience with Foreign companies a plus

• Process all vendor invoices to match purchase orders / receiving to ensure we are being invoiced properly.
• Procure proper signed approvals for invoices when necessary.
• Input invoices into SAP.
• Run A/P aging report weekly for the Chief Financial Officers review.
• Process weekly check runs.
• Ability to process payables in multiple currencies.
• Review and process expense reports.
• Review monthly vendor statements and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
• Scanning and maintaining of documentation.
• Assist with month end close and other miscellaneous duties.
• Experience with Foreign companies a plus

Skills:
* Three plus years account payable experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. * Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple and changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
