Job Description:
Answer all vendor calls and take payments to apply to charge accounts
Process credit cards and checks for charge account payments
Reconcile charge accounts
Generate and mail monthly statements to vendors
Send requested invoices to vendors
Daily stock in of new and used vehicles into accounting
Daily logging of vendor invoices/repair orders for inventory vehicles
Reconcile monthly Inventory schedules
Tear down of deals
- Previous accounts receivable experience; automotive industry preferred
- Ability to balance and reconcile accounts
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others, but also to work on tasks independently
- Can work well under pressure and deadline
