The ideal candidate will be easy going, a team player, reliable, trustworthy, friendly and very detail oriented. If you have an aviation background, that would be a huge plus!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high degree of accuracy
• Great attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in MAC systems preferred.
• A complete understanding of AP and AR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounts Receivable
• Management of FAA regulated drug and alcohol program
• Management of DOT program
• Back up for Accounts Payable
• Assist with travel logistics

HOURS:
8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday

SALARY:
$18.00 - $21.00 Depending on Experience

DRUG TESTING:
Pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident
