Specialized Recruiting Group Northland & Downtown KC is currently seeking to fill an Accounts Receivable Clerk position near North Kansas City. Desirable candidates are able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hard working.

Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable

• Submits invoices to customers

• Creates invoices according to company practices

• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions

• Maintains records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits

• Posts customer payments by recording cash, check, and credit card transactions

​Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in accounting, finance or similar function preferred
• Will consider a combination of education and experience
