We are looking for immediate help as an Accounts Receivable Clerk/Customer Service Representative/Repair Technician. Looking for someone that can manage a fast-paced position, in an occasional high-stress environment. This position requires a lot of physical activity. It isn't a sit a desk all day type of job. Someone that is willing to learn multiple aspects of the business, including glass chip repairs. A solid multi-tasker is the ideal candidate.

Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk / Customer Service Representative & Repair Technician

Hours: Full-time hire: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Rotating Saturdays 8:00am – 2:00pm

Multiple Locations: Novus Glass, 851 Bethel Ave, Port Orchard, WA 98366

Job Duties: For Accounts Receivable Clerk: manage all aspects of A/R. For Customer Service duties: provide quality customer service, heavy phone use, providing quotes and scheduling appointments using GlassQuotes POS system, running daily reports, cash reconciliation, generating daily bank deposits, assist with daily business reconciliation, and inventory. Occasionally drive to bank or to pickup/drop-off customers.

For Repair Technician duties: Learn and implement our chip repair process. Assess windshield damage for possible repair or replacement need, repair windshield using Novus chip repair system. Apply other Novus product applications as needed.

Qualifications: Basic computer knowledge. Automotive knowledge preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-pace environment. Physically able to stand for majority of shift. Clean driving record preferred.
