Galls is looking for a self motivated candidate for the Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist role.

What You'll Do:

• Contactvia email and phone on assigned Customer Base to insure and maintain all past due invoices 31+ days are accounted for.
• Maintaindetailed notes in GQ Finance Customer profile to include promised payment dates, payment amounts and contact persons and assign appropriate follow-up dates as outlined by Management
• Updateaccount collection profiles to include AP contact, email address and phone numbers.
• Maintain correct billing address on customer profiles.
• Work in a teamenvironment to provide customer service calls as they come into the AR Phone and Email Que.
• Identifypricing / invoice issues communicate with internal customer. Identify and reconcile issues as needed. Identify pending issues GQ by updating @ the invoice level for Management's KPI reporting
• MaintainAR Email Que, identify fixes on returned mail, provide Customer request for completed forms to include Vendor Forms, Banking information and W-9

• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Organizational Skills a must
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Collection/Accounts Receivable experience a must
• Ability to work in a Team Environment
