We looking to add an experienced and energetic Accounts Receivable Specialist to our growing team.

AR Specialist Responsibilities:

• Review daily timesheets and record in weekly recap spreadsheet
• Compile time and expenses to create invoices
• Record invoices in QuickBooks and in invoice tracking spreadsheet
• Submit invoices via email and various online submission portals
• Process customer payments in QuickBooks and invoice tracking spreadsheet
• Process job number request forms
• Create job profitability reports

Experience/Skills:

• 3+ years of QuickBooks experience required
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Google Workspace
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
