Summary

The ACH Mainframe Developer must be innovative, energetic and driven to provide great customer services. The successful candidate will function as a collaborative member on a team of PEP+ System developers focused on delivering scalable, high quality, high performing technology solutions. The ACH Mainframe Developer will be responsible for development, maintenance, and support within an IBM z/OS environment. In this role, the selected candidate must be able to work independently or part of a team to meet the company’s goals through the analysis, design, implementation and use of application software.

• Prior experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced Banking Software environment

• Exhibit a passion to streamline common activities (automate)
• Experience in reviewing application design and ensuring conformance to company specific enterprise architecture
• Ability to independently drive solutions while working with multiple teams.
• Experience leading technical design sessions
• Experience in verification and validation
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Preferred Technical Skills:

• 6+ years’ experience in a IBM z/OS environment
• On call Production support
• Batch and online programming experience
• Supporting applications running in a CICS environment
• File Aid
• Xpeditor
• IBM Enterprise COBOL skills
• JCL
• VSAM
• CICS Web service integration
• TSO/ISPF experience
• DB2 experience a Plus

• Excellent Analytical skills
