Job description

We are seeking an ACH Specialist for a full time opportunity near Uptown Charlotte. This person will be going into the office several days per week. Competitive pay and benefits offered along with being a part of a growing team!

The ACH Specialist will ideally have experience with the following:

• ACH Operations
• Exception Item Processing
• Wire Origination
• Treasury Management
• Internal & external support on payment-related inquiries
• Inter-functional support as needed

What's ideal for the ACH Specialist:

• Five or more years of experience in bank operations with a focus on ACH and payment operations
• The ACH Specialist should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field preferred
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and take a proactive approach in issue resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to always respond effectively to inquiries from internal team members and customers and demonstration of excellence in customer service.
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software programs
• The ACH Specialist should have knowledge of Nacha Operating Rules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
