The position?
We are seeking a part-time Activities Coordinator - Part-Time for Denton Cove Apartments, a multi-family community in Apalachicola, FL. We are looking for a person that possesses high energy, expert communication, and relationship-building skills paired with outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for working with residents.
What are my responsibilities as an Activities Coordinator?
- Collaborate with Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to create and implement resident activities
- Ensure the highest levels of quality are being maintained for the asset, services, and resident satisfaction.
- Manage activities calendar, attendees, and activity partnerships with third-party organizations.
- Assist team with administrative duties as needed, such as answering phones, record keeping, and resident interactions.
- Report to Property Manager.

Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills are required
- Must have the ability to create relationships/rapport with residents; ability to work with a diverse array of people and customers
- Must be adaptable; able to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
The Activities Coordinator is a part-time position working Monday – Friday from approximately 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm daily with a compensation of $12.00 per hour.
