The substance use disorder (SUD) Recovery Clinic provides on-site rapid assessment, treatment initiation, and stabilization for patients with substance use disorder. Our clinic is staffed by a multidisciplinary team, which includes a medical provider (APRN), medical assistant, therapist, and a Certified Recovery Support Worker. Patients are assessed by the team and a patient-centered treatment plan will be determined. Connecting patients with services needed based on patient preferences, including therapy, peer support, harm reduction services and nursing support.

Our Clinic is currently recruiting for an APRN who will provide patient assessment, diagnosis, and determination of treatment plan. Along with serving as a patient and family advocate who will facilitate compassionate and trauma-informed approach within the Recovery Clinic.


Qualifications


Current licensure as an APRN or Psychiatric Nurse Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist in the State of New Hampshire. For APRN candidates, Certified Addictions Registered Nurse - Advance Practice (CARN-AP) preferred or willingness to obtain CARN-AP or similar certification within 18 months of employment. Current federal and state-controlled substance certification/registration or eligibility. Willingness to obtain a buprenorphine waiver to prescribe buprenorphine
