We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Must-Have List:
- Bilingual (English – Spanish).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
Nice-To-Have List:
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative careers.
- 0+ years in administrative experience supporting an office team or customer service.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provides support to our managers and employees.
- Coordinates transportation services for employees and samples / product delivery.
- Schedule appointments with clients and suppliers.
- Respond to inquiries (e.g., mail, written requests, and telephone).
- Find solutions to administrative problems.
- Submit management reports.
- Establish communication between departments.Maintain contact lists.
