$16.00 / hour + bonus opportunities and is located at
6855 Will Clayton PKWY, Humble, TX 77338

Candidate must be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

This position will support the Commercial Truck department in performing a variety of administrative and business account functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:

Act as a knowledgeable resource for all Commercial Truck Customers -
Achieve and maintain proficiency in all necessary computer applications

Primary or secondary point of contact for customers needing information
-
Act as liaison between Commercial Truck and customers in the coordination of necessary maintenance requirements and associated paperwork

Involvement in overall branch operations
-
Send various documents and letters to customers in a timely manner

Participate in regular development meetings and assist to obtain department goals

Handle all administrative duties related to the customer base

Perform general office duties and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Occasional involvement in customer facing meetings to help build solid business relationships
Additional Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of professional phone etiquette and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- General knowledge of the organization and support functional area is required
- Attention to detail for accuracy in performing data entry duties and various tasks
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic business, accounting or math principles
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills by taking appropriate action regarding a concern or questionable finding
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Ability to work and succeed in a multi-cultural environment

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service responsibilities
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault violations within the last 3 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel products
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
