Our growing firm seeks an admin who can help manage the complexity of a start-up organization.
Duties include:
- Scheduling & logistics
- Event planning
- Travel Planning
- Client Coordination
To excel in this position, the following skills are essential:

- Ability to prioritize work assignments
- Able to trouble-shoot challenges and find solutions
We have a positive team who are all excited by the growth and we seek to add more positivity to the team.
Most of our clients are on the east coast in the EST time zone. This is not a requirement of our admin support if they are willing to work hours needed to support our clients and team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
