The Administrative Assistant will work with our accounting team and is responsible for patron and company record keeping, excellent customer service, and daily communications. The successful candidate must maintain a positive and cooperative attitude that promotes teamwork, integrity, honesty, and helpfulness. We are looking for a multi-tasker that excels at data entry with accuracy!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner; establish and maintain a positive experience for MVC customers, clients, and vendors, through professional interpersonal interactions.
• Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate parties, and take messages.
• Utilize business specific software (Accounting/ ERP Agvance) and procedures to access customer account information and assist with inventory for our Retail division.
• Become proficient in Retail software to assist with adding and removing items, updating prices, and ensuring accuracy with our accounting system.
• Practice and encourage workplace safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Training:

• High School diploma or GED
• Two (2) years Computer and data entry experience
• Previous customer service experience

License/Certification:

• Valid Drivers License issued by the State of Montana
