Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an outgoing Central Support Administrator to join our team in our Cottonwood Heights, UT location. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.

Hours are full time, Monday-Friday 40hrs a week.

    As an Administrator at Nuvia’s Central Support office, you are the face of Nuvia. You will be
    interfacing daily with vendors, fellow SML MKRs and executive team members. A high level of
    professionalism, competence and the ability to problem solve are crucial to success in this
    position.

    Responsibilities:
    • Greet physical visitors and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
    • Perform small tasks for Central Support Team
    • Represent Central Support by communicating effectively with Centers
    • Executive Assistant, managing specified tasks for Director of PX
    • Booking travel arrangements for Central Support and communicating travel itineraries to
    the designated person in a timely manner.
    • Monthly/Bi-Monthly Training preparation
    Arrange catering (set up/take down)
    Print training materials
    Communicate Uber/Shuttle information to trainees and leadership (with Melissa)
    Organize team building event
    • Plan holiday parties with executive approval
    • Order lunches for doctors and trainers at SLC clinic when appropriate
    • Order scrubs, swag, and name tags for all new hires
    • Manage Central Support office and order monthly supplies
    Take garbage's out daily and make sure dumpster is locked every evening
    Stock snacks and fridge (monthly and before training)
    Stock bathroom supplies
    Clean out fridge weekly
    • Pay all vendors (Megapro, C&S, Renee’s Commercial Embroidering, etc.) monthly
    • Order Nuvia office supplies (business cards, folders, patient shirts) monthly

    Requirements:
  • Understand and live by our company values
  • Working hours are full time, Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm

  • High organizational ability
  • Great communication skills

    Results:
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere in the Central Support office
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Make sure centers have everything they need to be successful with business supplies
