Administrative Assistant (ABA Department)

Position Summary

Provide high quality customer service and attend to office tasks as necessary in order to help in the Applied Behavioral Analysis administration of the company.

Major Functions And Responsibilities

  • Send information to field staff regarding case assignments
  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Prepare and manage the tracking of files, data, and confidential documents
  • Communicate effectively to answer inquiries and provide information to clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • Follow all confidentiality and HIPPA regulations
  • Other tasks as assigned by the President, VP and Program Manager (that within the scope of this agreement).

Qualifications

Education and experience requirements

  • High School Diploma

Other requirements

  • Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English grammar and sentence structure knowledge.
  • Work well as an individual and in a team setting.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute (WPM).
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus!!
  • US work authorization is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $18.01 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience with children: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
