Statewide Restoration Services is a locally owned environment firm, we specialize in environmental abatement and contents services. SRS has been operating for 10+ years and we’ve had steady growth since our inception. With growth comes opportunity and we are currently seeking an administrative assistant to join our office family. Job Responsibilities:

- Creating customer accounts in company CRM

- Obtaining insurance adjuster information and submitting information to CRM

- Leaving notes in company CRM regarding contact with insurance adjusters and homeowners

- Creating invoices for services provided

- Following up with insurance companies regarding sent invoices

- General office maintenance; filing, maintaining organization and cleanliness

Requirements:

- Must have exceptional written and verbal skills, bilingual a plus

- Must have strong customer service skills.

- Attention to detail a must

- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF

- 1+ year experience in an office setting

- Must be reliable and dependable

- Must be self-motivated and proactive

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Mesa, AZ 85202: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
